How can I access my purchased content?

To access your purchased content, download the ACE Online application for your device and login with your registered mobile number which you have used to purchased the course. The ACE Online app is available for the following platforms:

Android: Download "ACE Online by ACE Eng Academy" app from Google play store
iOS: Download "ACE online by ACE Academy" app from Apple store
Windows: Download the "Ace Online" app from here

If you cannot find the option to download the app or Ace Online App is not visible in the Microsoft Store, it may be because your country or region settings needs adjustment.

To resolve this issue, please change your Windows laptop country and region settings to India. Follow the steps below to change the country & region Settings on your Windows device:

1) Click on "Start" Menu

2) Type "Country"

3) Click on "Change your Country or region"

4) Under 'Region' change your Country to "India"

5) Close the Microsoft Store and reopen it.

6) Search for "ACE Online" app.

7) Click on install to download the application to your computer.

Please check if you have enough memory and storage in your mobile to download the Ace Online application.


1) Purchased content cannot be accessed on web browser.
2) Currently, ACE Online app is not available for MAC OS.

3) Ace online application works only on Windows 10 or higher version.
