What steps should I follow if my application crashes on mobile or Windows platforms?

If our application keeps crashing, please ensure that you are using the updated version or reinstall the application.

If the issue persists, follow these steps for mobile: 

  • Navigate to Android Settings
  • Go to Apps in the settings menu
  • Search for the ACE Online app
  • Click clear cache and stored data
  • Close the application and restart your mobile

If the issue persists, follow these steps for Windows:

  • Search for deep Learn by ACE Engineering Academy in your laptop
  • Click on settings
  • Click on repair or reset
  • Close the application and restart your laptop
