The ACE Online app is currently compatible only with the original Windows 10 operating system or a higher version. Due to Microsoft discontinuing support and services for Windows 8 and older editions, the ACE Online application is not supported on Windows 8 or any earlier versions of the Windows operating system.
If you meet the system requirements and still encounter difficulties downloading the application from the Microsoft App Store, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the "Start Menu" and search for "Region Settings."
- Verify that your region is set to "India" under "Region."
- Restart the Windows App Store and search for the ACE Online app.
- Once located, click the install button.
